Holidays
Holidays can be a difficult time for individuals who have experienced trauma, loss, who are alone and don't have family or friends. It's also not uncommon to have issues because of the type of holiday that has social events revolving around groups or family. Having family and friends doesn't normally change anything for some individuals because of the type of variety of issues or traumas that are or have gone on. For example, depression that is currently being dealt with creates such difficulty for some with socialization. Self-esteem may create similar issues.
