Our Counseling Program
We offer counseling to adult survivors of abuse and sexual trauma who are Indiana residents via Telemental health. This requires the ability to have a stable internet connection, a private location where you can speak without interruption and without others overhearing your conversation and seeing your screen. Public wifi is discouraged for your confidentiality.

Right to Good Faith Estimate:
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. We are not responsible for a good faith estimate for people who are covered by insurance or grants. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, such as the clinical services you are receiving at FSA Counseling Center.
Hope Recovery will provide you with a Good Faith Estimate prior to your clinical service. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
