Hope Recovery’s support program offers survivors of abuse and sexual trauma a variety of free support groups, workshops, newsletters and publications to assist, educate and support the journey of healing.  Not all of our groups are appropriate for everyone, and you need to determine if the groups are a good fit for your personal needs.  They are designed to complement treatment with a mental health professional.  Our services are limited to adults, 18 years of age and older.

 

Donations cover the costs of our weekly support groups and workshops for survivors.   Most groups max at 10 group members.

 

We offer the following support services as you seek support on your journey of recovery from the abuse or sexual trauma you experienced. Please note that we only allow one on-going support group. You may choose a time-limited support group in addition if it is available, or workshops that you would find helpful. Please note that support groups and workshops for supportive friends & family members are not open to survivors. Once you determine the best fit, you can register here.

 

All support groups are by registration only.  There is a waitlist for some groups, but all groups state there is a waitlist as it can vary by as to whether they are waitlisted based on the number of registrations we receive.  We will make every effort to find a time that works with your schedule.  Group and Workshop descriptions are below.
