Survivors of abuse and sexual trauma have many challenges to deal with what they experienced.  Many symptoms and issues can result from the trauma and which may have started as coping skills but turned into issues that became troubling and causing issues later.

As supportive friends & family members, you may not understand what is going on, how to help or what to expect with your loved one.  You may want to know how to find answers to some of your questions.

Our supportive friends & family support group can help with this.  It is an educational and supportive support group.  We help you to understand more about the impact of trauma, trauma recovery, and supporting your loved while.  At the same time, we help you to have support in the group as well, as it’s not easy to deal with the fear or concerns that you have as a parent, sibling, spouse or friend of your loved one.

We offer the following services for supportive friends & family members, all from the comfort of your home.  You do need a private and quiet space to participate for confidentiality.
