This program is designed for 8 to 12 weeks of programming. This program is for the individual who is needing extra support for a short period of time. This program is not appropriate for the individual who is a danger to themselves or others. As with all of our support programming, graphic details of trauma are not shared, rather when discussing any trauma experiences, only generalities should be shared as related to the topics being discussed. This program is not a replacement for professional therapy.
This program focuses on recovery from abuse and sexual trauma through coping skills, education and creative arts.
We do not require a therapist referral, but it is a good idea to discuss participation in this program with your therapist.
Schedule
Our schedule is Sundays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from 1 – 3 pm Eastern (10 am – 12 pm Pacific).
Cost
$10 per session
$25 per session for group therapy (optional and limited to Florida, Indiana & South Carolina residents)
We do not take insurance.
Sliding Fee is available.
